Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hotel Plaza Santiago was a mix of highs and lows. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore shopping areas and attractions. The staff really stood out – they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed to find many facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi closed, which put a damper on my experience.
My stay at Hotel Plaza Santiago was mostly enjoyable, thanks to the excellent service and the stunning views over Santiago. However, I was a bit disappointed by the overall condition of the hotel, with some areas feeling outdated and in need of maintenance. The dining options were decent, though I expected a bit more from a hotel of this caliber.
My stay at the Crowne Plaza Santiago was overall pleasant, though I did notice some areas that need improvement. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great tips for navigating the city. However, the hotel itself shows signs of age, particularly in the decor and certain facilities. The location is fantastic for exploring Santiago, but the rooms could use some upgrades to match a more modern standard.
I had a mixed experience at Hotel Plaza Santiago. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore bars and restaurants, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the facilities were dated, and the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired, particularly with the carpets and general maintenance. Overall, while the experience had its highlights, it didn't quite meet my expectations for a five-star hotel.
My stay was quite mixed. I loved the spaciousness of the rooms, which offered fantastic views of the Andes. However, the hotel definitely showed its age, with stained carpets and a need for renovations. The location was decent for sightseeing, although I wasn't too keen on walking around the area at night.
